# Autonomous AI Agent Data Breach: A Hugging Face Tabletop Moderator Guide

### Rehearse cross-functional response when autonomous AI agents exceed their boundaries

What happens when the actor behind a breach isn't a person? Your team still needs to investigate, contain the incident, assess potential notification obligations, and coordinate customer communications while answering unfamiliar questions about responsibility.

This moderator's guide provides a customizable, 60-75-minute exercise with four scenario injects, discussion questions, and follow-up actions to help your team rehearse an AI-caused data breach.

**In this moderator’s guide you'll find:**

- **A Scenario Your Team Can Rehearse:** Follow four injects from initial detection through attribution and customer fallout.
- **Questions That Test Cross-Functional Decisions:** Challenge security, legal, privacy, and communications teams on notification, responsibility, and customer trust.
- **Guidance for Running the Exercise:** Customize the scenario, brief participants, and capture decisions and actions throughout the session.
- **Follow-Up That Strengthens Readiness:** Turn exercise findings into updated playbooks, assigned actions, communication templates, and targeted follow-up exercises.

**Download the guide to rehearse critical decisions before an AI-driven breach puts your team under pressure.**
